The app allows you to choose a time every day to set an alarm to remind you to take between 1 - 4 minutes to focus on your breath, a picture or just silence. Adding this to your hectic routine will shift mind set and help you to focus more. * Take 7 minutes listening to nature Take a break and drift into the sound of nature to relax your mind at any time of the day. * Take around 15 minutes for a guided or music only meditation Allow yourself to take some time, just be there and you will be guided through a meditation. Then take a moment to notice how you feel after. This app is the result of the knowledge, wisdom and learning from my many meditation teachers along the way.
